Job Details:

• Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies across multiple platforms (Discord, Twitter, Reddit Telegram as a plus).
 • Manage and moderate online community channels, ensuring positive and constructive interactions.
 • Create compelling content that drives community growth, retention, and enthusiasm.
 • Act as the primary liaison between the community, game development team, and leadership.
 • Organize and facilitate community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), tournaments, and digital meetups.
 • Monitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights to the product and development teams.
• Develop and maintain community guidelines and moderation protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing, game design, and product teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
• Produce regular community updates, patch notes summaries, and engaging multimedia content. 
• Manage community feedback loops and help prioritize feature requests and improvements.

Requirements:

 • 5+ years of community management experience in the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of managing communities for at least 2 shipped games.
• Good understanding of web3, blockchain gaming.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture online communities.
• Experience with community management tools (Discord, Slack).
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Understanding of tokenomics and blockchain game economies.
